Once you approve a design mockup and place an order, production begins immediately
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified after production has startedPricing and PaymentAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)

REFUND POLICY

At LightYourNeon, we stand behind the quality of our custom neon signs. Because each sign is custom-made to your specifications, our refund policy reflects the unique nature of personalized products.
Custom Orders Are Final Sale
All custom neon signs are made-to-order based on your approved design mockup. As such, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your design mockup before approving the order.
Free Design Mockup Guarantee
Before any payment is required, we provide you with a free design mockup of your custom sign. You may request unlimited revisions to the mockup at no charge until you are 100% satisfied. You only pay after you approve the final design. This ensures you know exactly what you are getting before committing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sign arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. To qualify for a free replacement:Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]
Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Include your order numberWe will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost. We do not require you to return the damaged item in most cases.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no charge.
Order CancellationOrders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not yet begun
After 24 hours, or once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled

If you provide incorrect information (wrong text, wrong size, wrong color) and the sign is produced according to your approved mockup, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your design mockup carefully before approving.
